Core Requirements
Experience: Minimum 2 years direct sales experience
• Sales Skills:
o Cold calling and lead generation.
o Proven ability to meet/beat sales targets.
o Experience selling digital advertising solutions (mandatory across all).
o Automotive industry background.
o Familiarity with auto trade / dealerships is a plus.
• Soft Skills:
o Strong communication and people skills.
o Resilient, confident, and target-driven.
o Relationship-building ability.
• Digital Mindset: Comfortable with online platforms, digital tools, and learning new skills.
Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle is a must.
