Job Duties:
- Sell truck parts and accessories to customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable parts.
- Prepare quotations, process orders, and handle invoicing.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent service.
- Ensure accurate stock control and monitor inventory levels.
- Source parts from suppliers when required.
- Follow up on customer enquiries and orders.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Previous experience selling truck parts (essential).
- Strong knowledge of commercial vehicle and truck components.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Ability to identify and source the correct parts.
- Computer literate with experience using parts catalogues and sales systems.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
