Where You'll Make an Impact:

• Assembly, installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical equipment

• Installation of electrical boxes, DB Boards, enclosures, conduits, and ground leads

• Wiring of circuit breakers, transformers, and electrical systems

• Performing maintenance and fault-finding on electrical equipment

• Ensuring preventative maintenance is executed according to schedule

• Assisting with installation and commissioning of new equipment

• Reading and interpreting electrical drawings

• Managing installation and maintenance teams on-site

• Adhering to electrical codes, safety policies, and company procedures

• Contributing to renewable energy projects involving inverters and solar systems

Duties:

• Install, test, and maintain various electrical systems

• Troubleshoot electrical faults efficiently

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations

• Manage teams and coordinate installation activities

• Support ongoing maintenance and service excellence

Requirements:

• Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent (NQF Level 4)

• 2+ years post-trade experience as an electrician

• Experience in residential and industrial electrical installation beneficial

• Valid driver’s license and a clean criminal record

• Proficient in English and Afrikaans

• Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills

• Knowledge of renewable energy systems (inverters, solar) advantageous

• Ability to work overtime when required

• Experience managing installation teams

• Exposure to renewable energy projects

• Construction & residential experience
