As an Electrical Proposal Engineer, you will be responsible for preparing and compiling technical and commercial proposals for solar and electrical engineering projects. You will analyse client specifications, develop cost-effective renewable energy solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and competitive submissions. This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative solar projects while contributing to business growth and sustainability initiatives.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in proposal/tender engineering within an electrical or solar environment
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, solar PV systems, project costing, and tender processes
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and develop viable engineering solutions
• Proficiency in MS Office and tender/proposal tools
• Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
