Miller Apprentice

Salary; R14000 – R17000 p/m
Our client is seeking a Miller apprentice to join their growing team. Candidates who are available immediately and stay in or around Bloemfontein would be preferred.
Brief description of vacancy
Monitors and controls the mechanical and operational efficiency of production facilities, equipment, plant and related resources in the bulk handling and storage of cereals, milling of cereals, and extracting starch.
Minimum Requirements
Basic understanding of the Agricultural Industry
Basic computer skills and ability
Knowledge and Understanding of the following regulations:
▪ ISO 22000
▪ OHS
▪ HACCP
▪ TACCP
Basic knowledge of Milling and production processes
Knowledge of Quality control measures
C-Works and Karios and Sharepoint knowledge
Own Vehicle and valid drivers
SAGMA Registered will be a advantage
