TCOE SALARY COMMENCING FROM R791 159 PER ANNUM • REF.: EOA 39/19
LOCATION: CAPE TOWN

 

Key Performance Areas: • Oversee and execute activities pertaining to the leasing of Council’s immovable properties for the Regional Office Coordinate the technical investigation and preparation of properties Ensure the implementation of lease agreements in respect of properties, transfer and compliance of conditions Conclude lease agreements, draft and negotiate terms and conditions of agreements, conclude agreements and advise relevant departments and asset management of lease Oversee and provide support for the implementation of the SAP Real Estate functionality of the Regional Offices Provide property related information and advice to relevant stakeholders Train and up-skill staff Supervise and mentor staff.

Candidate Requirements

Requirements: • A Bachelor’s degree within a Property Management or Legal related field 5 years’ relevant post-qualification experience in a property management or legal environment, including supervision of staff Knowledge of Local Government and Property Industry legislation, policies and procedures Good communication and report writing skills Ability to negotiate and influence Advanced computer literacy.
