Minimum requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in similar field with additional 3 years management experience – Transport or Logistics – Fleet Manager or Similar
- OEM/Government Sector background very beneficial
- Extensive knowledge of the Fleet and Transport/Logistics Industry
- Sales and Marketing ability to source new business
- Business Development skills
- Negotiation and Network skills
- Ability to multi task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to lead and manage teams and projects
- Must have managed staff
- Must have contactable references
- Computer Literate
Responsibilities:
- Strategic and Sales Plan to target OEM’s and Fleet Companies – Taxi’s/Trucks
- Presentations to OEM’s and Fleet Companies
- Implementation and installation 3 Sites per Year
- Master agreements
- Manage existing business/Key Accounts
- Achieve targets and minimum budgets
- KPI’s
- Develop PR and Marketing Strategies
- OHS
- Manage and appoint sales staff
- Manage sales administration
Salary Structure:
- Monthly Basic Salary R30 000 – 50 000
- Commission R120 000 – 200 000 per Annum
- Provident Fund
- Traveling Allowance
- Annual Bonus
