Job Summary

Requirements for Successful Applicant:

  • Possession of a Grade 12 Certificate.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with office equipment (printers, fax machines, copy machines, phone systems).
  • Excellent organizational, administrative, and typing skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Managing incoming phone calls and other communications.
  • Welcoming and assisting clients and visitors.
  • Handling basic clerical tasks such as organizing files, updating paperwork, and performing general office clerk duties and errands.
  • Maintaining inventory of office supplies and ensuring timely ordering to sustain smooth office operations.
