Job Summary

Network and Security Infrastructure Support Specialist

Main Job Function: Provide essential maintenance, support, and enhancement for a secure, reliable, and efficient network, security, and voice infrastructure, enabling seamless service delivery. Manage operational support, incident resolution, service requests, and proactive monitoring of infrastructure services for customers.

Criteria:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in an IT environment.
• Knowledge and practical experience in physical network, systems, security, or voice infrastructure.
• Understanding of fundamental networking concepts.
• Experience in a customer-facing role, delivering IT service support.
• Technical proficiency and practical exposure to CISCO network platforms.
• Knowledge or experience in voice and firewall configurations.
• Experience in Linux systems administration.
• Relevant certifications would be advantageous.
