Inventory Scheduler

Job Summary: Job Description:

  • Ensuring optimal stock levels of components within defined parameters.
  • Taking complete responsibility for continuous planning, follow-up, expediting, and control of ordered components until they arrive at the company and are assembled into finished products.
  • Guaranteeing a continuous supply of Just-In-Time (JIT) or Just-In-Sequence (JIS) components for 3-shift production, ensuring the right quantity, timely delivery, and correct placement without excessive costs.
  • Coordinating engineering changes for transitioning components.
  • Managing and minimizing potential obsolescence and excess freight costs.
  • Liaising with both local and international suppliers and service providers.

Job Requirements:

  • Completed diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management from a recognized institution (e.g., university).
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the automotive industry.
  • Proficient in SAP and MS Office, capable of performing effectively in high-pressure, time-constrained JIT/JIS environments.
  • Ability to independently and proactively organize job responsibilities.
  • Experience working within a global business environment.
