HR Administrator

Our client based in Pinetown (outside Durban) is looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join their growing team.

Job Description:

·        Work closely with the Office Manager to organise, improve and maintain the department

  • Provide admin and clerical support within a larger department
  • Manage the department when senior members of staff are on leave
  • Provide personal assistance to directors and managers ensuring accurate diary management, booking conferences and liaising on correspondence for senior members too
  • Office Administration: data capturing, statistics, reports and new employee contracts
  • HR Payroll Duties: Processing payslips, PAYE, Medical Aid, U19 Forms, SARS, CCMA & labour Disputes and Employment Equity Reporting
  • Record minutes at general meetings, disputes.
  • Good understanding of the process and completion of Tender Documents
  • Ensured correct BEE Verification Protocol were adhered to
  • Managing the profile for Insurance: business, personal, assets and legal liability
  • Control Buying for all Departments
