DEBT COUNSELLOR MANAGER (RANDBURG)

OUR CLIENT IN THE FINANCIAL INDUSTRY IS SEEKING A DEBT COUNSELLOR MANAGER IN RANDBURG

Please Note:

• You will required to be registered with the NCR
• You will require to have 3-5 years management experience within the Financial Industry
• You will require to have manage more than 5 employees

Failure to meet with the above key requirements, will result in instant disqualification.

Key Performance Areas, but not limited to:

• Assess and develop financial plans for clients
• Assess client’s income, assets, debt, expenses, and credit reports.
• Assess client’s monthly salary and develop strategy on how to meet debt obligations.
• Discuss certain topics with clients, such as credit report ratings, bankruptcy laws, consumer protection laws, wage attachments and/or collection actions.
• Create debt management plans, spending plans or budgets to assist clients to meet financial goals.
• Prepare written documents to establish contracts with or communicate financial recommendations to clients
• Explain services and/or policies to clients e.g. debt management program rules, the advantages and disadvantages and/or credit concession policies
• Refer clients to social services or community resources for needs beyond those of credit or debt counselling
• Calculate the estimate time for debt repayments
• Review changes to financial, family and employment situations to determine changes to existing debt management plans, spending plans.
