Requirements:
- CA (SA) with 3 years post articles experience
- Must have 3 – 5 years’ experience as a Financial Manager within the Property Management industry
- Experience managing the Financial department
- BBBEE Audit planning and management
- Insurance and risk management
- Budget planning and forecasting
- Advanced Excel Knowledge
- Oracle exposure is an added advantage
- Matric Certificate/ Grade 12
