Responsibilities:
- Reconcile accounts payable, ensuring prompt and accurate payments.
- Perform meticulous balancing of intercompany reconciliations with keen attention to detail.
- Prepare precise general ledger postings adhering to accounting standards.
- Conduct daily data entry of essential financial transactions and perform comprehensive analysis.
- Provide extensive clerical and accounting support to the finance department.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets to efficiently organize and manage financial data.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in accounting or a similar role.
- Strong comprehension of financial principles and procedures.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Advanced Excel skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and robust analytical abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
