Core Requirements
Experience: Minimum 2 years Telesales experience
• Sales Skills:
o Cold calling and lead generation.
o Proven ability to meet/beat sales targets.
o Experience selling digital advertising solutions
o Interest in online recruitment / HR tech is a plus.
• Soft Skills:
o Strong communication and people skills.
o Resilient, confident, and target-driven.
o Relationship-building ability.
o Expected to manage full sales cycle: new business → after-sales service.
• Digital Mindset: Comfortable with online platforms, digital tools, and learning new skills.
