Key Responsibilities:
~ Sales Support: Prepare accurate quotes, process customer orders, and handle inquiries promptly.
~ Data Analysis: Evaluate sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Provide insights to boost sales performance.
~ Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a smooth and professional sales experience.
~ Market Research: Support the sales team by identifying new clients, markets, and business opportunities.
~ Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations to ensure efficiency and alignment across departments.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in an internal sales or sales support role.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
* Proactive, results-driven, and passionate about delivering excellent service.
