Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* 3+ years of experience in HR analytics, data management, or HR operations.
* Strong proficiency in HR software (HRIS), Excel, and data visualization tools.
* Experience within Logistics, Distribution, or Warehousing industries is highly advantageous.
* Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
