Brief Description
We are seeking a Head Wheat Miller to lead end-to-end mill operations—from wheat intake and conditioning to grinding, sifting, and packing—ensuring target extraction, on-spec quality, safety, uptime, and cost efficiency. The role manages the milling team, drives continuous improvement, and collaborates cross-functionally with Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance.
Experience Required
• 5+ years in wheat flour milling, including at least 3–5 years in a senior/chief/head miller position
• Proven track record improving extraction, OEE, and product quality while reducing waste and energy consumption
• Hands-on experience with roll stands, sifters, purifiers, pneumatics, conditioning/tempering, and process troubleshooting
• Demonstrated leadership of multi-shift operations and coordination with maintenance and QA/QC
• Experience implementing HACCP/GMP, sanitation, and fumigation programs in a food manufacturing environment
