Two positions are open at Reinhardt Transport – Nigel for Fleet Controllers.
Job Summary:
– Oversee all aspects of fleet management (productivity, wages, fuel consumption, route planning, etc.).
– Assign and ensure execution of tasks to drivers.
– Track orders and deliveries.
– Constant monitoring of driver and vehicle performance and efficiency and finding ways to improve productivity.
– Co-ordinate vehicle maintenance to ensure the fleet is maintained, including scheduling of services and COF inspections for vehicles to remain in a safe and roadworthy condition.
– Monthly inspections and arrangements for services and repairs.
Requirement:
– Matric.
– Computer literate.
– Excel (compulsory).
– At least 3 years’ experience in fleet management (controller).
– Own transport.
– Sober habits.
– Willing to work long hours, public holidays, and weekends.
