Requirements:
• Minimum 6 years proven experience as a Foreman or in a similar construction site leadership role (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
• Minimum qualification in Building (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to manage site teams and ensure quality, safety, and deadlines are met
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
