Key Responsibilities
* Merchandising Excellence:
– Ensure our customers’ shelves are always fully stocked, well-organized, and visually appealing.
– Your attention to detail will create an outstanding shopping experience and strengthen our brand presence.
* Sales Drive:
– Build and maintain strong relationships with retail customers, drive sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and help stores succeed through quality service and reliable supply.
* Retail Channel Experience:
– Apply your understanding of grocery and chain store operations, product categories, and customer expectations to optimize in-store performance and maximize sales opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills
* FMCG Background:
– Proven experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector is essential.
– You understand the fast pace, trends, and demands of the retail environment.
* Relationship Building:
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with store managers, staff, and customers.
* Results-Driven:
– Motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining strong service standards.
* Driver’s License:
– A valid driver’s license is required for travel between stores and customer visits.
