We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Fleet Manager to oversee and optimize a fleet of approximately 50 vehicles supporting our field operations. This role is responsible for ensuring the fleet operates efficiently, safely, cost-effectively, and in full compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor daily vehicle usage, mileage, and allocation
• Manage fuel consumption and control costs
• Coordinate servicing, repairs, and preventative maintenance
• Handle accident repairs and insurance claims
• Manage licensing, compliance documentation, and traffic fines
• Analyze fleet costs and prepare monthly performance reports
• Identify opportunities for improved utilization and cost savings
Requirements:
• Proven fleet management experience (30+ vehicles preferred)
• Strong knowledge of maintenance cycles, licensing, and compliance
• Proficiency in fleet tracking systems and reporting tools
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure with high-volume operational demands
• Valid driver’s license (Code 8 or higher)
