Key Responsibilities:
β’ Prep and cook across multiple stations
β’ Maintain top-tier hygiene and safety standards
β’ Execute dishes to fine dining perfection
β’ Collaborate with the team during busy service
Requirements:
– Based in Pretoria with own transport
– Available for in-person interviews
– Skilled in cooking beef, duck, fish, pork, etc.
– Strong sauce-making, veg prep & plating skills
– Cold kitchen or pastry knowledge = bonus
– Culinary qualification or solid experience
– Detail-oriented and thrives in high-pressure environments
