Job Title: Moderator Junk Mail Marketplaces

Permanent position – entry level
Nature of the job
· Moderate digital adverts submitted via closed internal systems.
· Accepting or rejecting every ad on its own merits based on the company Advertising Policy and Rules. Both quality of work and speed is important.
· Making outgoing calls to confirm advertisers and leads.
· KPI’s will apply
Hours of work:
· Monday – Friday 8:00-16:00 from our office in Hatfield.
· Overtime, weekend and public holiday hrs. as booked by the manager in advance.
Salary:
· Basic salary + overtime paid at rate per hour worked (as booked in advance).
Requirements:
· Fluent in English as a written and spoken language.
· Well-spoken with an excellent telephone manner.
· Computer literate.
· Excellent general knowledge
· Willing and able to work additional hours on weekends / public holidays from home (data and device will be provided)
· Reliable transport, to work from the office Monday to Friday.

· Deadline and results driven.
· Able to focus on one task without getting bored or distracted
· Reliable shift attendance both at the office and from home, as booked by the manager.
· Willing to increase knowledge of unknown products.
