We’re Hiring: Site Agent – Cape Town
Furipoint Pty Ltd, based in Parow Valley, Cape Town, is currently seeking an experienced Site Agent to join our growing team with immediate effect.
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and is passionate about delivering quality projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily site operations and manage site teams
• Ensure projects are executed according to drawings, specifications, and timelines
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers
• Enforce health, safety, and quality standards
• Monitor progress and report to project management
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years proven experience as a Site Agent or in a similar role (non-negotiable)
• Minimum Diploma in Building or equivalent qualification (non-negotiable)
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Location: Parow Valley, Cape Town
Start Date: ASAP
