We’re Hiring: Junior Quantity Surveyor – Cape Town
Furipoint Pty Ltd, based in Parow Valley, Cape Town, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our team with immediate effect.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with cost planning, estimates, and budgets
• Prepare measurements and bills of quantities
• Support tendering and procurement processes
• Track project costs and variations
• Assist with monthly valuations and reports
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years proven experience in a Quantity Surveying role (non-negotiable)
• Minimum Diploma in Building or related qualification (non-negotiable)
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel essential)
Location: Parow Valley, Cape Town
Start Date: ASAP
