Reinhardt Transport has a job vacancy for a Creditors Administrator in Nigel.
Job Summary:
– Capture creditor invoices in accordance with set guidelines
– Ensure that all creditor invoices are approved/signed off by relevant manager
– Prepare monthly reconciliations of creditors invoices against statements
– Prepare and send remittance advices for creditor payments
– Check age analysis for creditors to ensure that there are no long outstanding liabilities
– Allocation of creditor payments
– Process recovery invoices and ensure supporting documentation is accurate and correct. Monthly reconciliation thereof
– Uploading BEE certificates and ensure suppliers information is updated on BEE platform
– Ad hoc journals and tasks as required by the Financial Manager
– Capture Wages Invoices onto the system
– Daily recons TMS vs QSA (Diesel)
Requirement:
– Matric
– Intermediate/advance Excel skills compulsory
– Extensive knowledge of reconciliations is a must
– Experience in a creditors function will be an advantage
