ICCASA is seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to provide essential support to our leadership team and operations.

The Opportunity:
As our Office Administrator, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our office.
Your core responsibilities will include:
• Providing comprehensive administrative support to the leadership team.
• Coordinating and managing audit and training calendars.
• Organizing and scheduling meetings.
• Capturing and updating of client data and records on excel workbooks
• Open client files and maintain updated information on client electronic and hard files
• Maintaining and updating client files with meticulous attention to detail.
• Managing purchases and ordering of office materials.
• Overseeing all general office administration, including certification audits and training events.
• Serving as a key liaison with our certified clients and training delegates.
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in an administrative role.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
• Strong command of English, both written and verbal communication.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work impartially and with integrity.
• Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
Position Details:
• Location: Faerie Glen, Pretoria East, Gauteng, South Africa
• Compensation: R 10,000.00 nett per month (salary reviewed annually)
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08h00 – 16h00
• Start Date: 01 October 2025
