About the Role:

We’re seeking a motivated and customer-focused Entry-Level IT Support Engineer to join our dynamic client-facing team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain real-world experience while providing both on-site and remote technical support. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and networking issues, ensuring service levels are met, and maintaining a high standard of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
~ Provide on-site and remote support for hardware, software, and network issues.
~ Install, repair, and configure computer systems and peripherals.
~ Log, update, and close support tickets accurately within SLA timelines.
~ Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers or backline support when necessary.
~ Communicate effectively and professionally with clients to ensure a positive service experience.
~ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company standards.
~Attend scheduled meetings on time and represent the company in a professional manner.

Minimum Requirements:

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving ability.
* Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking fundamentals.
* Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and active insurance.
* Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Windows environments, and remote support tools.
* Previous experience with ticketing or helpdesk systems (advantageous).

Preferred Qualifications:

– Relevant IT certifications such as:
– CompTIA A+
– Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator
– ITIL Foundation
