Reinhardt Transport is looking for a Fleet Controller in Durban.
Job Summary:
– Oversee all aspects of fleet management (productivity, wages, fuel consumption, route planning, etc)
– Assign and ensure execution of tasks to drivers
– Track orders and deliveries
– Constant monitoring of driver and vehicle performance and efficiency, and find ways to improve productivity
– Co-ordinate vehicle maintenance to ensure the fleet is maintained, including scheduling of services and COF inspections for vehicles to remain in a safe and roadworthy condition
– Monthly inspections and arrangements for services and repairs
Requirement:
– Matric
– Computer literate
– Excel (compulsory)
– At least 3 years’ experience in fleet management (controller)
– Own transport
– Sober habits
– Willing to work long hours, public holidays, and weekends
