Junior Production Supervisor Wanted!

What You’ll Be Doing:
~ Team Leadership: Guide, motivate, and coordinate a team of skilled production operators, distributing tasks and managing workflow to smash production targets.
~ Skill Development: Champion the growth of our team by training new and existing staff on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), essential safety protocols, and stringent quality standards.
~ Performance Drive: Monitor team output and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure we consistently meet and exceed production targets for quality, efficiency, and deadlines.
~ Safety First: Be a role model for safety! Enforce regulations, conduct daily safety checks, and proactively identify and report any potential risks or incidents to maintain a secure workplace.
~ Quality Champion: Conduct regular, thorough inspections to ensure all products meet our rigorous quality standards and comply with both company and client specifications.
~ Problem Solver: Act as the initial point of contact for any production challenges, troubleshooting issues on the fly and escalating complex matters to the Production Manager when needed.
~ Data & Insights: Maintain meticulous records of production data, performance metrics, and team attendance, providing valuable insights for operational improvements.
What We’re Looking For:
