Brief description
Our client in the Milling and Animal Feed sector has a Farm Foreman vacancy for Mixed Farming. We are looking for a candidate with a strong mechanical background and substantial experience in farm operations.
Minimum Requirements
5 years of experience as a Farm Foreman
Strong mechanical knowledge
Valid drivers license
Proven experience in Staff management
Ability to perform farm maintenance
KPI’s
● Oversee day-to-day farm operations
● Manage cattle herds effectively
● Cultivate maize and maintain planted pasture under irrigation
● Perform general maintenance of farm equipment
● Implement fire management and prevention strategies
● Execute other tasks as needed
