What You’ll Need:
– 2+ years in kitchen management or 5+ years as a senior chef
– Fine dining experience essential; French cuisine preferred
– Culinary qualification required
– Strong leadership, cost control & communication skills
– Creative flair and attention to detail
– Own transport & Pretoria-based
– Portfolio = bonus!
