RESTAURANT MANAGER OPPORTUNITY
Our client is looking for an experienced and dedicated restaurant manager to oversee the daily operations of their establishment. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with passion for hospitality.
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
– Worked with A La Carte menu and not hotels and lodges
– Proficient with restaurant software systems (POS, scheduling, inventory, etc.)
– Solid understanding of restaurant financial, including budgeting and cost control
– Strong leadership and team-building abilities
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
What you’ll be doing:
– Oversee daily restaurant operations
– FOH and back of house coordination
– Lead and manage restaurant team
– Ensure exceptional customer service delivery
– Handle financial management and cost control
