Our client in the Milling industry is looking for a detail-driven Administrative Coordinator to provide top-notch support and lead inventory control operations. If you’re organized, tech-savvy, and ready to make a difference, this could be your next big move!
Requirements:
– National Senior Certificate or NQF 4 equivalent
– Minimum 2 years’ experience leading a team
– Valid passport required
– Code 8 driver’s license & own transport
– Experience in inventory control processes = advantage!
– Strong Excel skills + reporting & data reconciliation
– Excellent communication & admin skills
– Proficiency in: MS Outlook, MS Word, Kairos, MS Excel, SharePoint, Granite (Advanced level)
– Solid understanding of administration & inventory control
– Knowledge of supply chain management
– Intermediate understanding of basic bookkeeping
