Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product proposals
• Have good knowledge and understanding of the Rubber industry.
• Collaborate with the production and technical teams to meet customer needs
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
• Proven experience in industrial/B2B sales (preferably in rubber manufacturing sectors)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset
• Ability to understand technical specifications and applications
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed
