Matric with relevant quality qualification.
3-5 years’ experience quality management in a production environment
Manage, train and mentor quality staff
Experience compiling quality reports
Conduct ongoing quality inspections
Ensure quality system is operational and being used effectively
Develop, implement maintain and improve quality standards
Manage QMS in line with the industry standards (ISO 9000, OHSE etc)
Ensure correct PPE is issued to staff and worn as per health and safety standards
Oversee health and safety
Experience with IOD’s and submission of WCA
Precious experience liaising with shop stewards essential
Knowledge of MEIBC standards, rules and regulations
Present quality reporting at management meetings
