Projects and Sales Administrator

Job Summary

Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects, coordinate sales activities, and ensure departmental operations run smoothly.
  • Oversee the ordering of capital equipment, ensuring timely procurement and delivery for project needs.
  • Liaise with suppliers and shipping agents for efficient order handling, tracking shipments, and issue resolution.
  • Conduct regular stock takes to maintain accurate inventory levels and resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist in processing equipment orders and invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with regulatory authorities for equipment licensing and compliance (e.g., SAPHRA).
  • Communicate stock arrival expectations to the sales team and coordinate equipment installation.
  • Provide general administrative support to the X-Ray department, managing records and correspondence.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in project management and sales administration, preferably in healthcare or medical equipment.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in various software applications, including inventory management systems and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Desirable knowledge of regulatory requirements and licensing processes for medical equipment.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
