Service Manager

Job Summary

Duties:

  • Overseeing all services within the branch.
  • Asset Management responsibilities.
  • Handling customer visits, addressing issues, and solving problems.
  • Managing vehicle maintenance/servicing and checklists.
  • Supervising the loading of stock from cages.
  • Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed, in collaboration with health and safety representatives.
  • Meeting stipulated key performance indicators related to handheld device usage, service delivery timelines, and sequencing.
  • Supervising installations, maintenance tickets, and withdrawals.
  • Controlling stock consumables and managing orders.
  • Staff management, training, and supervision of distribution staff.
  • Attendance at customer site meetings as necessary.
  • Coordinating and managing client safety files at various sites.
  • Overseeing employee medicals and introductions for specific sites.
  • Undertaking additional reasonable tasks as required beyond the specified duties.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in management/leadership roles; HR and IR experience is beneficial.
  • Preferably, holds an Operations Management Diploma.
  • Matric qualification is required.
