Main Responsibilities:
- Managing incoming phone calls and other communications.
- Welcoming and assisting clients and visitors.
- Handling basic clerical tasks such as organizing files, updating paperwork, and performing general office clerk duties and errands.
- Maintaining inventory of office supplies and ensuring timely ordering to sustain smooth office operations.
