Job Summary

Responsibilities:

  • Complete forms for client risk and investment applications, including submissions and processing of instructions (e.g., New Business, Switches, Redemptions, Debit order changes).
  • Manage queries related to clients’ portfolios and obtain statements and tax certificates from various Product Providers.
  • Prepare meeting files and regularly correspond with clients and Product Providers via email and phone.
  • Conduct calls and emails with Assurance Companies to gather information and handle problem-solving tasks.
  • Manage various administrative duties, multitask effectively, and provide Reception cover when required.
  • Maintain and update client details, document storage, and task coordination using specific systems.
  • Handle Estate-related tasks including winding up, preparation of Estate Pack, and client updates.
  • Actively engage in professional development, maintain high-quality work, and take ownership of tasks.
  • Ensure adherence to Standard Business Processes, maintain proper record-keeping, and engage in regular meetings with superiors.
  • Foster important relationships with Financial Planners, Managers, Clients, and other relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Broad knowledge of financial services and Client Services.
  • Experience in Financial Planning is preferable.
  • IT skills.
