KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing key accounts, ensuring continued satisfaction and business retention.
  2. Identify and develop growth opportunities within new accounts.
  3. Manage promotions and associated budgets, ensuring optimal ROI and effectiveness.
  4. Work collaboratively with internal teams to align business strategies and meet customer needs.
  5. Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to drive strategic decisions.
  6. Deliver presentations, proposals, and account reviews to key stakeholders.
  7. Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize business success.
  8. Track key performance metrics and prepare reports for management.

 
 
REQUIREMENTS

  1. Grade 12
  2. Bachelor of Commerce Degree (or equivalent qualification).
  3. Minimum of two years of work-related experience in account management, sales, or a related field.
  4. Proven track record of delivering growth and success in key account management.
  5. Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft
  6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  7. Ability to work independently while also excelling in a team-oriented environment.
  8. A results-driven mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  9. Excellent mental numeracy skills
