Requirements:
- NQF 4 within Property or Rental Industry advantageous
- Procurement and Placement of qualified tenants experience
- Experience doing Inspections of residential properties
- Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans
- Marketing Rental Stock knowledge
- Own Transport and Valid License
