KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing key accounts, ensuring continued satisfaction and business retention.
- Identify and develop growth opportunities within new accounts.
- Manage promotions and associated budgets, ensuring optimal ROI and effectiveness.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to align business strategies and meet customer needs.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to drive strategic decisions.
- Deliver presentations, proposals, and account reviews to key stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize business success.
- Track key performance metrics and prepare reports for management.
REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12
- Bachelor of Commerce Degree (or equivalent qualification).
- Minimum of two years of work-related experience in account management, sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of delivering growth and success in key account management.
- Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while also excelling in a team-oriented environment.
- A results-driven mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent mental numeracy skills
