Job Summary

Join our national construction company in Cape Town as a Site Engineer specializing in medium to large-scale building projects. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Civil or Construction Management and possess extensive experience managing and ensuring the profitability of large building projects.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Construction Management
• 5+ years’ experience overseeing large-scale building projects
• Goal-oriented mindset to achieve financial targets and manage site administration, SHEQ, and labor
• Thorough knowledge of building materials, plant, and equipment for building projects
• Proactive leadership skills to drive high-quality, deadline-driven projects
• Detail-oriented, service-focused, and adept at effective problem-solving
• Ability to multitask efficiently and strictly adhere to legislative guidelines
• Clear criminal and credit record, valid driver’s license, and reliable transport
