Job Summary

Position: Warehouse Stock Controller

Responsibilities:

• Planning and Organization: Weekly planning of inbound container stock for bin location creation. Regular stock rotation to maintain adequate bin space.
• Inventory Management: Perform daily cycle counts, record daily stock counts, and reconcile cycle counts to investigate and report any stock discrepancies. Maintain zero stock losses.
• Work Orders Management: Ensure timely completion and effectiveness of stripping and fitting work orders.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Adhere to Health and Safety standards outlined in group policies.
• Team Coordination: Coordinate staff to ensure operational efficiency, prevent backlogs, and maintain smooth workflow.
• Returns and Credits: Efficiently manage returns and credits processes.
• Adaptability: Perform any other tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Minimum Education: Grade 12 or higher.
• Experience:
  • 3+ years of warehouse experience.
  • 3+ years of stock control experience.
  • Previous experience in handling tyres would be advantageous.
