Other responsibilities include maintaining relationships with industry players, strategically positioning the property for sales and revenue generation, negotiating distribution costs, and observing market trends to enhance product appeal.
Qualifications and Competencies
- Proficiency in MS Office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Matric qualification.
- Knowledge of hospitality systems would be advantageous.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle.
- Fluency in both English and Afrikaans.
- Proactive with the ability to take initiative and follow detailed instructions.
- Capability to identify market and revenue concerns.
- Quick-thinking ability and adeptness in shrewd negotiation techniques.
