Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and customize software solutions focusing on Asset Management Products.
• Deliver training, support, and maintain client relationships.
• Provide general software consulting services.
• Identify and engage new clients while ensuring strong customer relations.
• Collaborate with the business development team to market software to potential clients.
• Contribute to shaping the future direction of software products and consulting services.

About You:

• Experience: Proficient in Asset management, EAM, or CMMS software.
• Industry Knowledge: Previous operational experience within the mining sector.
• Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Highly Regarded Qualifications:

• Knowledge: Familiarity with COTS enterprise asset management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards).
• Consulting: Prior experience in software implementation consulting.
• Analysis: Exposure to financial analysis, modeling, and business intelligence solutions.
• Mining: Understanding of mine design, planning, simulation, and scheduling techniques.
• Salary: Competitive CTC package based on experience.
