Key Performance Areas: • Engage with Projects relating to arts and culture in general and public art in particularCo-ordinate the functional and operational activities of public art programmesGather general and best practice information on public artAdvise on public art matters to internal and external stakeholdersCoordinate, scope, plan, implement, monitor and evaluate arts, culture and public art projectsManage legislative compliance in terms of permitting public artPerform a range of administrative duties.

Candidate Requirements

Requirements: • A relevant tertiary level qualification (BTech or first degree)Up to 5 years’ working experience in Arts and Culture and Community Development ProjectsProject Management skills and exposure to a visual arts environment would be an advantagePC literacy (MS Office)A valid driver’s licence. Note: The successful incumbent may be required to work after hours, including weekends and public holidays.
